1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform.
• You must be a resident of India and possess a valid Aadhaar Card for identity verification.
• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

2 Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name (alphabets only, minimum 3 characters).
• A valid mobile number (10–15 digits).
• A valid, active email address.
• Date of birth and residential address.
• Aadhaar Card number and a clear photograph of your Aadhaar Card.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

• Submission of your Aadhaar Card details is mandatory for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.
• Your Aadhaar information is collected solely for identity verification and will be stored securely.
• We do not share your Aadhaar details with any unauthorized third party.
• You consent to our verification process as part of the registration agreement.

4 Referral Program

• You may optionally enter a Referral ID during registration if you were referred by an existing member.
• Referral benefits are subject to our current referral policy and can be modified at any time.
• Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or any attempt to manipulate the referral system is strictly prohibited.
• Prasadam reserves the right to reverse any referral bonuses found to be obtained fraudulently.

5 Plan Selection & Membership

• Membership plans are offered as described on the platform at the time of registration.
• Plan benefits, pricing, and duration may be updated by Prasadam with prior notice.
• Once a plan is activated, refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 8).
• Misuse of plan features will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

6 User Responsibilities

As a registered user, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations while using this platform.
• Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
• By registering, you consent to receiving transactional and service-related communications via email or SMS.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8 Refund Policy

• All payments made towards a membership plan are generally non-refundable once activated.
• Refund requests due to technical errors or duplicate payments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

9 Account Termination

• Prasadam reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms.
• You may request account deletion by contacting our support team.
• Upon termination, your access to the platform and any associated benefits will cease immediately.

10 Limitation of Liability

Prasadam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or interruption of service. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you for the current active plan.

11 Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
